What does a Buyer's Agent do?
- A buyers representative works soley for you and has no legal or other responsibilities to the seller.
- A buyers agent will help you present an offer, negotiate, and close a transaction.
- Most important, our services are FREE to the buyer in each and every purchase - the seller or the builder pays our commission!!
- When building a new home with a builder, you still MUT have your own representation - the person in the model home can and will write your contract, but they are strictly representing the builder. Therefore nobody is looking out fo the buyers needs. IT DOES NOT COST ANY MORE MONEY TO BUILD A NEW HOME IF YOU BRING YOUR OWN BUYERS AGENT!

We recently sold our house in Robyns Glen and purchased another home in Highland Creek with the help of The Perri/Hanson Team with RE/MAX Executive Realty.
We couldn't have chosen better realtors than Steve and Kathy to help us with this process. They are so professional and their years of experience show. They know the market so well and gave us terrific advice about what we needed to do every step of the way. In addition, they have a wonderful office assistant, April, who helped us with our questions and paperwork.
The thought of putting our house on the market was terrifying, but Kathy and Steve's knowledge and sense of humor made everything go smoothly. We couldn't imagine working with any other team. If you are contemplating buying or selling you should talk to them. We know you'll be glad you did.
